This half day seminar has been planned to support public bodies with their mainstreaming work on employment. The aim is to provide a specific focus on race and equal pay, as public bodies prepare for publishing equal pay statements on race, including occupational segregation information, in 2017.

The seminar will be delivered in partnership with Close the Gap which is a project that works to encourage and enable action to address the gender pay gap in Scotland.
