Consultation Sessions on Police Inspection in Scotland

Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary Scotland (HMICS) was set up to make sure that the police service in Scotland is both efficient and effective.

This includes the responsibilities placed on Police Scotland by the Equality Act 2010. For example, the HMICS can check that the police service matches the needs and expectations of ethnic minority communities in Scotland. They can also make recommendations for change. But are they getting this right?
