Consultation on the draft Student Fees (Specification) (Scotland) Order 2011

Response from the Council of Ethnic Minority Voluntary Sector Organisations (CEMVO) Scotland with regards to 'proposals for secondary legislation to change the way in which higher education tuition fees are applied to students who normally live in another part of the UK outside Scotland (RUK)'.

CEMVO Scotland is delighted to formally endorse and positively support the proposed changes, recognising that they will advance the knowledge Scotland has on the health and other circumstances of the ethnic minority groups in Scotland, and so allowing changes to be made, where required, to improve preventative health measures and practices for ethnic minority communities.
