Human rights are the basic, fundamental things we need to live with dignity and be able to flourish in our lives. A human rights based approach is a way of doing things that respects, protects and fulfils people’s rights on a day to day basis. The PANEL principles are a useful tool to help us implement this approach, providing a guide of the key things we need to consider and act on when we’re making decisions. The Race for Human Rights team have created a series of short videos explaining the approach.
