Equal Jobs is a jobs platform developed by CEMVO Enterprise CIC to connect employers across all sectors with ethnic minority job seekers. It is essentially a pathway for inclusive employers to advertise job vacancies to attract ethnically diverse candidates.

This is accomplished through job adverts that reach out to ethnic minority job seekers registered on the site and through CEMVO Enterprise CIC and CEMVO Scotland’s extensive ethnic minority networks that connect with a diverse pool of talented people.

CEMVO Enterprises CIC offers a wide range of services that include bespoke anti-racism training packages, ethnic minority community engagement and consultations, race equality organisational development consultancy support, charity registration and international partnership development.

Ethnic Minority Environmental Network (EMEN)

EMEN is a platform and a resource for all ethnic minority voices in the climate change and environmental sector. It is a Network that is developed and supported by CEMVO Scotland to create connections between ethnic minority groups / communities and mainstream organisations in addressing climate change and climate justice in Scotland. EMEN promotes local and national actions that address climate change while being more inclusive of ethnic minority voices. EMEN builds capacity among EM groups and communities through raising awareness of climate issues, developing a vision of a low carbon society, and contributing to discussions with decision-makers. The Network is FREE to join.

The Mobilising Community Action Scotland team has over 20 years’ worth of collective experience working with ethnic minority community groups in Scotland and internationally, across a variety of different environmental initiatives, in both the charity and commercial sectors. We are an international team, speaking over 6 languages across our different roles. All of us have a passion for empowering communities and helping groups to both save energy and connect with nature.
