Capacity Building
We are dedicated to empowering ethnic minority third sector and its communities through inclusive, culturally responsive capacity building.
Our support is designed to strengthen leadership, grow community-led initiatives, and build practical skills to help them grow, thrive, and lead change within their communities.
Our work focuses on:
• Developing the infrastructure of EM-led community organisations and social enterprises, helping build robust governance, operational systems, and long-term sustainability.
• Enhancing leadership, advocacy, and project development skills so communities can shape the services and policies that affect them.
• Supporting access to funding through guidance on grant applications, fundraising strategies, and investment readiness.
• Strengthening financial capability among individuals, empowering people with the knowledge and confidence to manage personal finances and plan for the future.
All our programmes are delivered ensuring that EM voices are not only heard but supported to lead.
Together, we’re building stronger, more resilient communities—led by those who know them best.
