INTRODUCTION


The CAF Resilience Fund is focused on those communities hardest hit by the Covid-19 pandemic. Steps Into Employment programme working across Scotland providing support to ethnic minority women focusing on Reinvent, Recharge, Retrain by guiding women into employment and developing careers.

WHAT IS BEING DELIVERED?


The programme will deliver employability support in groups and individuals, CV writing, job applications, interview techniques and supporting placements for volunteering. The programme will also deliver various trainings for building confidence.

THE PROGRAMME IS FREE AND WILL DELIVER

CV & Application Support
Steps into employment short course.
Individual support on developing CVs, Job applications and Interview preparations.

Volunteer & Work Placements
Support in volunteer opportunities and work placements.

Training
FREE
Training available in building confidence and STEPs to Excellence.

TARGET COMMUNITY

Working across Scotland providing Steps Into Employment until March 2023, the programme will engage with ethnic minority women supporting and guiding them into employment/career change.
